We provide an instructor manual, online videos for all of the training with Us the Creators Chris and Erin. We are ACE accredited and you earn CEU's when you complete our Certification.

After you complete the certification we provide you with access to our Library of choreography with over 150+ routines so you can learn and start teaching tomorrow

How do we work

Erin and I are your instructors Online and we walk you through the instructor course and through the choreography of Stryke.

We have all of the routines filmed and are available to you as soon as you become certified. The same day you get certified you can begin learning and creating your favorite workouts to teach and use for taking your fitness to the next level!
